Chronicles of life above the DeltaAbout
The citizens of the delta look up to Crowley’s Ridge. Literally.
The unique geographic feature rises high above the fertile farmland of east Arkansas.
The folks who live on the Ridge and in the greater delta are in large part caring, hardworking individuals. This blog aims to tell their story and to tell them stories about current events in the region.
There is a lot going on in this region, from a bustling population base that won’t stop growing in Paragould and Jonesboro, to a struggling municipality that until recently was two cities in Helena-West Helena. The challenges of this region are unique.
So grab our RSS feed or bookmark us and stop in often. We have lots of stories to tell.
